Honest analytics

Strength analytics should answer a specific question: is the thing I am doing working. LiftProof shows the numbers that answer that, and nothing else.

How it works

Weekly sets per muscle group maps to published volume landmarks (see the Science reference on MEV/MAV/MRV). You can see when you are under volume for a muscle and when you are over — without a subjective "recovery score".

Tier progression tracks how each of your named lifts is moving across strength percentiles derived from the Stronger by Science dataset. You see the trajectory, not a single vanity number.

Plateau detection flags lifts that have not progressed for three tracked cycles. It does not diagnose anything. It surfaces the signal so you can decide whether to deload, swap the variation, or change the program.
